Red Butte Garden Concerts 2024

Well located garden east of the University and on the uphill toward the mountains, hence the excellent views of the entire city and the surrounding mountains. Many unique and unfamiliar plants all around and many pleasant seating areas for small and large groups. I highly recommend stopping here whether you are a local or a traveler. Construction to expand uphill is underway. $16 per adult if you're not a university student.

A wonderful garden to visit if you are local or from out of town. We were in town for vacation and visited the gardens in the morning and the museum that is right next door in the afternoon. There are lots of different garden areas to visit and wonderful views of the city. They also have a wonderful children's garden with different play areas, including giant lizards, a wooden home, a snake tunnel, and a fireman's pole. It would be easy to spend a whole day here!

for all garden enthusiasts and nature lovers, this place is well worth the visit. There is a large variety of plants to see. The trails are easy walk on, less of course if you off trail. I am post my favorite pics. We took our time. Wish I could have taken the outside trail up the mountain.

I came here to see Los Lonely Boys with my friend and I love this venue. The best part was that you can bring a cooler with your own alcohol which saves a lot of money. It hosts very small scale events, so it's not as crowded and chaotic as large venues. You can bring blankets or chairs(must be a certain height) to sit on once you find a spot on the lawn. The lawn/seating area slants down toward the stage providing good visibility for everyone. The surrounding gardens and view from the mountain side was spectacular. The bands sounded amazing. Parking was free.

Beautiful place and very educational, it's amazing the great variety of flora and the birdseeing is gorgeous too.
