Had a wonderful experience last night watching the MJ Live show. The sound was good the visual techno lighting was excellent! The seats were comfortable and the venue was beautiful.
Great place to see a concert. A little pricey, but still had a fantastic time. You do need seats as centered as possible as most side seats are somewhat obstructed.
One of the nicer theaters I've been to in Chicago. Only thing that sucks is how hard it is to get to via pubic transport (depending on where you live). But I suppose that's the give and take of it. Very clean, fancy and grand appearance, comfortable seats, nice staff, and ample parking. I'd love to go to more events here.
The facility was clean. And the staff there was very friendly and helpful. I don't think there's a bad seat in the house for a concert. It was a little confusing on how to get into and find the parking. But once we did we just followed the masses over to the venue.
Attended a Disney concert here with family and we had a great time! We got there early, so parking was a breeze, even if it was $25 to park. We got in right away and security was quick to check our bags, and the person scanning the tickets was helpful in letting us know where our section was. There was a bathroom right across the hall from where we were to be seated and that was very helpful. The person at the door helped us to find our seats, too.
While we very much enjoyed the concert, there was an issue with the aftermath. We wanted to wait for things to die down before leaving, and find a place to eat after, but we were rushed out of the theater! Not only that, but we were rushed out of the building as well! Why? For what reason? Do you all not see the insane chaos of getting out of the parking lot? Was there another event happening later that evening that you needed us all out for? It would take longer for the stage crew to break down the set for another show to happen that evening. Did you all force them to rush too and possibly break the set? We ended up going our separate ways since we couldn’t find a place to eat with what little time we were given to look around before being rushed out. That felt very rude after such a magical preference. Give people time to relax and wait for the rush to end. Some of us don’t like having to fight traffic to get out of a parking lot, mainly in an area like that.
Also, unless you are very hungry or thirsty, DO NOT BUY FOOD OR DRINKS FROM HERE!!! Very expensive!!! I’ve been to the convention center before and only got a water when it was necessary and I paid $5 for that. The price at the theater was $7 and some change. Nope! Not worth it!
