Tachi Palace Casino Resort Concerts 2024

A Saturday afternoon and not many people in casino at all. Went to eat at the Sunset Sports bar. A lot of employees just standing around and not paying attention. We were seated and brought our drinks, said they would return with straws. They didn't, 30 minutes later I got up and got them myself. When I told the waiter, he thought it was funny. Waiter stops to refill other tables drinks while on a tray that's bringing our food, 40 minutes later. Just a burger and fries. Cold, under cooked fries. The sourdough burger was barely cooked on one side. Way over seasoned. Then about 20 minutes later, checked on us. Asked if we wanted refills, we said yes. He returned after we were already done. Took check, paid upfront. Only one person made eye contact or smiled, the whole time we were there, and that was an employee coming out of the elevator.

We went downstairs to grab some food with our daughter, and we respect the rules to not have our daughter on the casino floor as we were told it was okay if she stayed on the carpet she just couldn't be around the machines which is totally understandable. But this security guard ended up ruining our entire stay, my husband was grabbing some drinks for us to bring up to the room and I stayed on the carpet as I was told to. This security guard decided while my husband was grabbing our drinks to flash his badge at him saying he was a "detective" and he asked who we were, and what we were doing which is completely odd since we were doing absolutely nothing wrong and abiding by the rules of the casino. He was the only one to treat us like this. And let me point out we walked by at least 6 different security guards and they left us completely alone cause again we weren't doing anything wrong. He assumed we were going to walk around with our child and drinks. And my husband explained we were just going back up to our room is all. I'm sorry but this unacceptable, flashing your badge at someone?! Telling them they are a "detective"?! And then assuming we were doing something wrong instead of just asking politely. It ruined our entire stay and made me feel like I couldn't simply go downstairs to grab food for me and our daughter because I'm just going to harassed by security when I'm doing nothing wrong. Then to add to it, we found a broken bong in our room and security did nothing about it. It was broken and our daughter could have severely cut herself if she grabbed it. I think it's safe to say this is NOT a first class hotel and they do not treat you well here. Beware. Find somewhere else better to stay because it's not worth the trouble staying here being harassed the whole time. To add to this review, we had asked kindly for some Bottled waters to be sent to our room because me and my husband were feeling really ill, and the lady came up and said "Usually I don't this, but I being nice today!". What.in.actual.F. they clearly do not care about their customers here period. DO NOT COME HERE.

I was excited to go back after the remodel only to find out it had significantly worsened. The scenery makes it feel like an abandoned mall more than the small oasis it once was. No drink servers around what-so-ever (Thursday afternoon), rude staff at the players club just talking to each other and get upset when you try to get a card, and everything is basically closed until the weekend. Even their promotions were sub par compared to other places. While the inside is beautiful, it just feels so desolate...

My family and I were excited to come to this resort. We ate and had a great time. My parents decided to gamble and I was with my brother and sister when this rude old lady with glasses came up to ask for our ids. Of course I gave her mine and I’m above the age of 18. As well as my sister and brother. We got kicked out because we’re supposedly not 21. Btw we weren’t playing or near any machines. My mom and my sister didn’t bring there ID but my dad did. We still got escorted out. The lady said we were disrespecting her and that we flipped her off. When it’s not true. She was just already in a bad mood. We really were just laughing because she was in a bad mood for no reason. And she was the one that started being disrespectful saying she doesn’t care if we ate. Also not to mention the website says kids are allowed but there not. We got kicked out and she started making a show for no reason. Don’t come to this place because of the horrible service. And next time they let people enter they should ask for there IDs in advance not when we already ate and wasted money at the casino and then kick us out.

We were so excited to come here. We found your hotel/casino online. Your website made your place look fabulous. We are SO DISAPPOINTED. First your hotel and the restaurant choices are just terrible. We ate at Market Place and got sick all afternoon and evening. Your rooms are quite high priced to have no TV service, no wifi, no microwave *just spacious and lots of furniture. Also your website advertised hot tubs outside. They were closed! Sign says closed for Winter! It's Springtime. We are requesting a refund on our stay of 1 night. We were planning 3 nights. No way. One night is it. In addition, very unfriendly and cold vibe/experience throughout your casino and eateries. Which by the way terrible choice of dining. We expect a full refund.
