Colonial Theatre Laconia Concerts 2024

My 1st time inside the Colonial Theater in Laconia was tonight. We went to see the Mother of a Comedy Show, and bravely sat in the front row, center of the theater. All 3 ladies were funny and fresh, and yes, entertaining. The theater and premises as a whole, are both so beautifully restored and maintained. The staff were pleasant and helpful, without being intrusive. All and all a fun evening out in a beautiful setting.

Came in from out of town to see a show. When leaving the show, we exited to a snowstorm. No Uber in sight and no way to get back to our hotel. The staff/owner showed complete compassion in trying to help us and actually drove us through a storm to our hotel. If THAT isn’t small town hospitality, then I don’t know what is! FOREVER grateful for looking out for the well-being of their patrons. Class act folks. Thank you.

Beautifully restored and maintained theater .Spacious and comfortable seating.No real bad views.Ample facilities and concessions. Plenty free parking at City Hall lot

It was the first time I have been inside the colonial theatre after living here my entire life. The inside looks beautiful. They did an amazing job on the inside. The acoustic work perfectly so you can hear crystal clear all the way in back end of the theatre.

I brought my daughter to see the play The Christmas Carol and it was spectacular. The actors were spot on and they all did such an amazing job. The renovation really brought me back. Stepping into the theater and smelling the popcorn 🍿 was like Stepping into a time warp of my much younger days as it was a weekend staple as a teenager. If you haven't been yet you must go it's an experience like no other. Bring something warm though because it's a bit chilly or at least were I was sitting 😅.
