Piedmont Hall Concerts 2024

I have to say that this was the cleanest venue and had the cleanest bathrooms of any concert I’ve ever been to. The staff was friendly and I had a great time. I had reserved some ADA seats but they would not have allowed me to see anything. I opted to go up front with my walker and it worked out. If you’re in the very front, there’s a slight incline and my walker fit perfectly on that. It gave the people behind me ample room and allowed me to sit in between sets without getting in the way. I do have to thank the security staff. They were very helpful. The man at the left stage stairs was kind enough to help me ascend and descend the stairs when he saw me struggling. The ramps are not even an option because it’s a maze to go in and out and trying to go through a mob of people wouldn’t have been feasible. The place itself isn’t exactly ADA friendly in the sense that the ramps are a maze and the only way out of behind the crowd, so anyone in the front would be forced to use the stairs. They did set up several fold chairs on the top level but there are bars directly in front and you would be blocked by hundreds of people and standing and jumping in front of you. I think they should make the ADA on the top of the stairs on the side opposite to the VIP area, at least a small part of it. This way the people who need to sit and don’t make it up front can see the show. It’s better seeing at an angle than not seeing anything at all. Spacious parking and the venue was easy to find. So far, this is my favorite concert hall in the south.

First time here, saw In Flames, pretty cool venue, nice & roomy, easy getting in & out, very clean, still looks brand new.

Nice spacious venue. Attended Playboi Carti’s concert on December 22nd. Was definitely an experience. Drinks are very high. For soda it was $5, and poured into a cup. The rest of the bottle is used for the next customer so a huge ripoff. Staff cared for concertgoer’s, free water bottles were given out throughout the entire night.

Very nice venue, great view wherever you were seated. I would go again if the right band was playing there.

Spacious with excellent sound quality! Plenty of room for everyone to see the stage. The biggest downside was very limited close parking. If you're plump, you'll have to hike a bit, so be prepared! You can pay to upgrade parking, I think. The band area was great - wide areas of both sides of the stages and easy access all the way around. Even the crew has it's own room!
