Great service, comfortable seats. Staff are amazing, super friendly and hospitable. Prices not too bad for 5 star venue. Went for a jazz gig. Only thing I would complain about is lots of concrete pillars restricting the views. Nice venue though, worth checking out.

We came here for the jazz evening on the Saturday. It's also on Friday nights. I was sceptical, as jazz isn't for everyone. The performers were exceptional! True entertainers, and I challenge anyone not to have a good time there. The songs are modern classics with a jazz twist, and the front man is a born entertainer that really engages the audience. Really had a good evening! Thank you.

overall: energetic live music performance with quite a lot of singalong bangers. great for celebrations/ dates. music 🎶: i wouldn’t call it jazz, more of pop music with a jazz twist. it’s heavier on vocals. was personally expecting more saxophone & instrumentals. seats 🪑: we bought the tix priced at £25 & has seats with a restricted view. apparently all seats are assigned ahead of time, but i’m not sure according to what, since there are only 2 ticket prices (?) drinks 🍹: all classic cocktails are priced at £15. vibes 🕺: really energetic with the audience dancing along. timings ⏰: doors was suppose to open at 21:45, but ended up opening at 22:00, & show started at ~22:20.

Went here for the Leo Green Experience! They absolutely smashed it. One of the most memorable nights. The staff is awesome and is super friendly and accommodating. We were 5-10 minutes late and they still found us a table and made sure we enjoyed the rest of the show.

We recently booked a night at QT Covent Garden for their Jazz event, excited for a night of music and ambiance. Unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. Despite arriving early, we were seated at the back with a restricted view, and our request for a better table was dismissed with a claim of being fully booked. The issues continued when ordering drinks – what we asked for was not available, and instead of informing us, they substituted it without notification. This seemed like a dubious strategy to make customers pay for unintended choices. What puzzled us more was the inconsistent treatment. Two other couples arriving after us were offered better seating options upon request, leaving us questioning the management's fairness and professionalism. The exorbitant prices for drinks, not included in the ticket, added to the disappointment. As we requested the bill, we experienced an additional lapse when the drink we initially ordered was replaced with a higher-priced alternative. The manager's dismissive attitude, asking, "What do you want me to do now?" was a final blow to any hope of a resolution. We hope this review serves as constructive feedback for improvement rather than offense. Paying customers deserve equal and respectful treatment, regardless of the amount spent. The experience fell short of expectations for the high price paid, making us question the value and overall worth of choosing QT Covent Garden for such events.
