Scammers! The best festival in the world??? What shamelessness! We are still waiting for the refund of the money from Ricky Martin's canceled concert in Madrid! It's been more than 2 months since the cancellation and we don't even have the money, nor do we have a response by email (it's been 4 without a response) nor do they answer the phone or the complaints on social networks! People BE CAREFUL, if a recital is cancelled, not only do they not report the cancellation in a timely manner, so it is not serious, but they do not return the money and DO NOT show their face!

Two and a half months since the cancellation of Ricky Martin's concert, which they reported a few hours before the concert, and they still have not returned the money for the tickets. I find it shameful that a company that aims to give an image of luxury and high-level service behaves like this since it does not answer email or phone.
