The Playhouse Company Concerts 2024

We went to the Lady Smith Black Mambazo Legacy show. It was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The theatre was clean and chairs were comfortable. The show was timeous and the theatre feel was great. Parking is on the street so you definitely have to arrive early to find a close to the door spot.

Went to go watch Shirley Valentine and it was delightful 😊 I was very impressed with the upkeep of the playhouse. Bathrooms were modern and clean. Memories were flooded back from years ago with my mother and I enjoying an evening of theatre. It was like nothing had changed. Hoping for more amazing shows to appear here again.

The playhouse is an art institution. It is meant to Carter for artist. The building it's situated on is a historical land mark. Over the years the building is maintained and modernized with the time but maintain its original structure. The interior decor is warm it gives out a homely feeling.

The Playhouse Company host's great events. I look forward to visit The Opera Theatre again.
