I stayed at a hotel less than 2 minutes walk from the clock tower, so I stopped by during the day and at night when I had free time. It's basically a photo spot, and it's not a place where you can get any particular information, but it's a tourist spot in the city that you can easily stop by. Although it is crowded during the day, it is surprisingly quiet after 9:00 pm, so there is a huge gap.

The second floor hall of the Sapporo Clock Tower. There is a statue of Mr. Clark, and you can take pictures with him. A large clock is ticking.
