Roisins is a great place to see live music and comedy. Intimate settings. Lovely staff. Can get beer wine and whiskey. What more could you want.

Went to help my girlfriend up the stairs to the toilet and wanted to wait outside for her. A bouncer came up and asked all the people outside the toilets to head downstairs again. This is understandable due to health and safety and all that. I very politely asked if I could wait there so I could help my girlfriend go down the stairs again, as she was slightly tipsy, a fairly reasonable request given the ungodly amount of stairs you must walk up to get to the toilets. Instead of reciprocating my politeness and being understanding the bouncer was very rude and shouted at me to get down the stairs anyways. I got the impression if I didn't comply I would be kicked out. In conclusion, a bit of decency would definitely have gone a long way, but instead I was met with a bouncer on a power trip.

I will not be rushing back here after a bad experience with an unfriendly and rude bouncer. He was very rude and was about to kick me out because he was watching me and said my dancing was causing an 'inconvenience' to the people around me. However, the only people around me were my friends and no complaints were made about me either. He proceeded to tell me that I was also too drunk even though I only had one drink prior to coming here. It ruined the night and I would not recommend it after this bad experience.
