Theaterstübchen Concerts 2025-2026

They have a snack menu that offers a pretzel. The only allergen listed is gluten. I thought that’s great because that means there’s no milk in it (I have an allergy. Not an intolerance!). Well guess what? I bit into the pretzel and it was creamy. I ended up getting a rash on my skin. Lactose is an allergen and I would expect that they can list that. This is dangerous for people who go into anaphylactic shock! Regarding other aspects of the Theaterstübchen, the owner packs way more people than seats. He also tries to force them to pay to hang up their jackets. That doesn’t really make sense because we paid entry. This is the first place I’ve been where one must pay entry AND to hang up jackets. Seems like he’s just trying to get more money out of us. On top of that, the place is decorated a bit like an old rainforest cafe. Also, the owner’s mom talked (extremely loudly) over the entire performance. She seems really entitled to go into her son’s establishment and do whatever she wants without regard for the performers and others listening. There were even a bunch of people shushing her but she never cared.

Best Club in town. More than 300 live concerts, discosets with different themes. Best service and best air-condition.

A lovely and small jazz night club. You can have some drinks and even pizza and french toast in there. The price depends on the show but its mostly under 20 bucks. The staff is relaxed and you can also dance there. When you are in Kassel and you are into this music you should visit this place.
