Arno-Lippmann-Schacht Concerts

One of the mines where tin was previously mined, until 1991. Currently not operational, in the complex of the plant management buildings there is a local Emergency, a sports club and various offices. From a distance the view is more interesting and aesthetic than up close.

Absolutely worth seeing! A very interesting history and a re-started mining machine that is the heart of this place. With a lot of commitment and love for the tradition of our ancestors, the Arno-Lippmann-Schacht Altenberg e.V. interest group makes a great contribution to experiencing and learning about mining history in the Ore Mountains.

Altenberg is worth a visit.
