Royal Hainaut Spa & Resort Hotel Concerts 2024

Second time in this castle. A beautiful hotel. When booking, all wishes were taken into account. We added room decoration, as discussed. The two-level suites are very impressive in their beauty. The spa is just superb! Especially the royal signature massage. The wife was in seventh heaven. Simply Paradise! Special respect to you, Manel! Dinner in an Italian restaurant is beyond praise! Thank you, chefs. It was a holiday of the stomach)

The hotel rooms are nice - the spa is nice too. The pool area is beautiful architecture wise … However the water is a bit cold. We had a massage (duo) and it was very relaxing. The sauna is ok too. The steam sauna needed more steam. In general the experience is good - the place is amazing in beauty. What needs to be improved is the food! We have been here four times and the lounge food could be better, more variety better done. Really - how hard is it to have an interesting menu? The service is a bit slow - they need more help - more waiters to be able to cover the whole area one has to wait A LOT to get attended … the menu is disappointing in taste and options! The bistro was terrible - for the price the food needs improvement ASAP! Such beautiful location should have a menu and food level to match. It has to be an overall experience and it lacks in flavor/quality of the food. I mean the hotel is superb - honest food can be superb too and it would make such a highlight for the place. My suggestion to the management would be to review the menu and make it pop! They would get 5 stars if it wasn’t for the food! PS: the waiter solved our problem very nicely and he was very attentive and understood that the food did not come out properly as it should have (we had a quality issue with the cesar salad). So thumbs up for a great customer service! ❤️ In the end they contribute to making the experience better!

Great job with photography on website - apart from the pool that is lovely - this is not a 4 star hotel experience. Note no towels are available before 10am in the pool - why? - who knows, was brushed away by the staff when asked. There is really not much to do at all in the town. The service is adequate at best. Little attention to detail; staff do not understand customer service and offer minimal guest support; room view is of the car park. Recommend a short stay and only for spa treatments.

Not a 4-star experience. The room furniture is outdated, rooms not really cozy, and the bed is hard. The breakfast is (for 22 euros) very disappointing; everything is precooked or baked. (Pancakes are premade and not heated for instance) The plus of this hotel is the swimming pool, the stunning building, the fact you can checkout at 12 and the cocktails in the bar. For the rooms, service and breakfast I wouldn't come here. For what we paid, this hotel acts as a luxury hotel but I expected much more.

A magical place to stay if you need to just relax. One of the most beautiful pool I have ever seen. Beautiful hotel, very comfortable rooms, great food and a very kind and attentive staff. We loved it and can’t wait to come back
