The Sanctuary Policies

The Sanctuary is an All Ages establishment; however, anyone under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian per Michigan Law.

Ticket Information

All ticket sales are final - no refunds or credits. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.

Admission Details

All shows are general admission and standing room only (unless otherwise noted), and we do not allow re-entry. Tickets purchased will be scanned in when the Sanctuary opens for your event.

Prohibited Items

No outside food, beverages, backpacks, or weapons are allowed inside the venue.
