Event Cancellation Notification

Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing.

Refund Process

We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days.

Important Note

Please note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster.

Accessible Seating Details

Accessible seating or Special Needs inquiries or requests concerning accessibility should be directed to the Ticket Office at 815-968-5222.

Accessibility Info

Customer can purchase up to 4 accessible seats (1 wheelchair, 3 companion). Orders of 4 can be sold together from accessible seating but if there are 5 or more in the party, then please contact the venue for their approval to sell adjacent accessible seats to the customer.
