He also played with Chuck and Gap Mangione, the Jazztet, Betty Carter, Sonny Rollins, and Bobby Timmons. Known for his tasteful, flexible style, McCurdy has remained active in the vibrant Los Angeles jazz scene.

Performance Details

Roberta is excited to share with her LA audience new arrangements of songs spanning from a wide repertoire that includes music from the Great American Songbook as well as tunes composed by some of her mentors such as Jimmy Heath, Hank Jones, Benny Carter, and James Moody, along with compositions belonging to the musical tradition of Brazil, Cuba, Argentina, and Italy.
