All tickets are general admission seating within each ticketed section. Ticket prices include all fees and taxes. Tickets purchased at the box office have reduced fees.

Cashless Venue Policy

PLEASE NOTE - The Hawthorn is a cashless venue. Only debit or credit cards are accepted at our bars, box office, and guest services window. Please plan accordingly.

Rideshare Recommendations

PLEASE RIDESHARE - Parking is limited around the venue. We strongly recommend using rideshare apps like Uber or Lyft for transportation to and from the venue. There is a designated rideshare pick up / drop off location near the entrance for your convenience.

Additional Policies

No refunds - no exceptions. Lineups and times are subject to change. Any ticket suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling can be canceled at the discretion of The Hawthorn and/or TicketWeb. Tickets purchased from 3rd party resellers or any other ticketing websites are not allowed. Valid government-issued photo ID required for entry to age-restricted events. Tickets available at the door (if not sold out). No re-entry. Physical tickets available at the box office.
