Packages are open to all ages. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Please note that all package purchasers will be contacted a few days prior to the actual show date with additional details specific to their package schedule and instructions on where to pick up their package inclusions. Information will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase. If you do not receive an email a few days prior to the event please contact slipknotvip@superfan.live.

Age and Ticket Restrictions

Over 16s only in the standing area. Under 15s must be accompanied by an adult over 18. A max of 6 tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of 6 will be cancelled.

Seating Information

PLEASE NOTE seats located on Level 4 (Upper Tier, Upper Bowl) are not recommended for those who have a fear of heights.

Ticket Collection

**Letters of authorization will not be accepted at the venue when collecting tickets for events at the O2. If collecting from the box office, the cardholder must be present**
