Sir Mix-A-Lot

Sir Mix-A-Lot, born in Seattle, skyrocketed to fame with his Grammy-winning hit "Baby Got Back," known for its playful take on beauty standards. A pioneer of Seattle's hip-hop scene, he co-founded Nastymix label, and gained fame with "Posse on Broadway." Collaborating with Rick Rubin at Def American, his album Mack Daddy went platinum.
