Venue Policies and Information

Doors open 1.5 hours before the event begins. NO refunds or exchanges. NO weapons and NO outside food or drink allowed.

The venue has a Clear Bag Policy. There is no elevator access to the balcony level. Seating is numbered with odds on the house left and evens on the house right.

Parking Details

• General parking: $10.00 per vehicle (gravel lot).
• Preferred parking: $20.00 per vehicle (paved lot).

Event Cancellation

Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days.

Please note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.
