Acclaimed live shows feature his wife, an accomplished fiddle player. Sponsored by Shiner Beers, his song "Scars and Souvenirs" featured in Grey’s Anatomy. A fixture in the Texas/Red Dirt scene, he also appears on the South Texas Music Walk of Fame.
