John Pizzarelli, a world-renowned guitarist and vocalist, is celebrated for revitalizing the Great American Songbook and jazz. A Grammy winner for co-producing James Taylor’s “American Standard,” Pizzarelli has performed on shows like The Tonight Show and Conan. The Knoxville Jazz Orchestra, a 17-piece big band from Tennessee founded in 1999 by trumpeter Vance Thompson, is celebrated for jazz performances and festival appearances.
