Alto saxophonist Dave Pietro, from Southboro, MA, shone in jazz from age 11. Attended University of New Hampshire and North Texas State, collaborating extensively. Later rooted in NYC, toured with iconic bands and launched solo careers with albums like Forgotten Dreams. NEA grant recipient.
