The Sanctuary Admission Policy

The Sanctuary is an All Ages establishment, however, anyone under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian per Michigan Law.

Ticket Sales and Policies

All ticket sales are final - no refunds or credits. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.

Show Information

All shows are general admission and standing room only (unless otherwise noted) and we do not allow re-entry. Tickets purchased will be scanned-in when the Sanctuary opens for your event.

Venue Regulations

No outside food, beverages, backpacks or weapons are allowed inside the venue.
