Fermin Muguruza

Fermín Muguruza, born in Irun, Spain, spearheaded the Basque punk-rock scene with bands Kortatu and Negu Gorriak. His work blends punk, hip-hop, reggae, and dub, focusing on Basque nationalism and anti-imperialism. Known for powerful live performances, collaborations with Manu Chao and Fishbone, and founding indie label Esan Ozenki.
