Italian musician and songwriter from Naples known for his blues-rock Mediterranean style. Debut album: "Non farti cadere le braccia" (1973). First Italian to make music videos with 1977's "Burattino senza fili". Filled 15 stadiums in a month in 1980. Co-wrote 1990 FIFA World Cup song "Un'estate italiana". Scored Peter Pan musical (2007), earning critical acclaim. Notable releases: "Le vie del rock sono infinite" (2010) and "Pronti a salpare" (2015). Collaborated with brother Eugenio on "La realtà non può essere questa" during 2020 lockdown. Known for his dynamic one-man-band street performances.
