Doors 7pm / Show 8pm. Suite tickets include a dedicated entrance, private bar (credit card only), and private restrooms in the Astro's suite area. Suite tickets available as reserved seats (Sections Suite1 and Suite2) or Standing Room Only (Suite SRO).

Event Cancellation

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Buena Vista Social Orchestra performance scheduled for Sunday, August 3, 2025 at The Astro Theater has been canceled. Tickets will be refunded at the original point of purchase. Fans who purchased online via Ticketmaster will be automatically refunded to their original method of payment. Fans who purchased at the venue box office in person should email ticketing@theastrotheater.com for assistance.

Refund Information

Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.
