All Patrons must have a ticket. Mobile Ticket Alert: To ensure ticketing is convenient, safe and secure, guests must present a mobile ticket on a smartphone for entry. Screenshots and print outs will not be accepted. Please add your tickets to your Digital Wallet prior to your arrival.

Environmental Initiatives

Billie Eilish will continue her long-standing partnership with environmental nonprofit REVERB on this tour. Building on the success of previous sustainability efforts, this tour will focus on:

• Reducing greenhouse gas pollution
• Decreasing single-use plastic waste
• Supporting climate action
• Updating concession offerings to promote and encourage plant-based food options with Support+Feed and other not-for-profit organizations

Important Information for Fans

ATTENTION FANS: Delivery will be delayed till 11/29/24. There is a strict four (4) ticket limit for this event. The artist wants to give fans, not scalpers, the best chance to buy tickets at face value. To help achieve this, the tour will be using Ticketmaster's Face Value Exchange where, if needed, you can resell your ticket to other fans at the original price paid.

To help protect the Exchange, Billie Eilish has also chosen to make tickets for this tour mobile only and restricted from transfer.* Please note, a valid bank account or debit card within the country of your event is required to sell on the Face Value Exchange.

New York, Illinois, Colorado, Virginia, Utah and Connecticut have passed state laws requiring unlimited ticket resale and limiting artists' ability to determine how their tickets are resold. To adhere to local law, tickets in these states will not be restricted from transfer but the artist encourages fans to use the Face Value Exchange.

Accessible Seating Details

To purchase accessible seats for a concert or other events, please visit Ticketmaster.com for purchase. ACCESSIBLE SERVICES: Requests for Sign Language Interpreters should be made at least 72 hours in advance of the event. Email Guest Services at guestservices@desertdiamondarena.com or Call 623-772-3240 for these arrangements. Assistive Listening Devices are available from the Gate 3 Guest Services Booth. Parking Lot G, located on the east side of the arena, is available for disabled guests with state issued license plates or placards. Parking Attendants will direct guests to the disabled parking area. All restrooms and concession stands are accessible. Desert Diamond Arena welcomes service animals utilized by guests with disabilities.
