English Teacher is a British indie rock band formed in Leeds and Lancashire in 2020. Humour is a Glasgow-based post-hardcore and post-punk quintet formed during the 2021 lockdowns. Comprising Andreas Christodoulidis, Jack Lyall, Ross Patrizio, Lewis Doig, and Ruairidh Smith, they are known for their experimental sound, blending melancholic instrumentation with unique vocal performances. Their debut album, 'Learning Greek,' was released in August 2025, showcasing their distinctive blend of erratic indie-pop and post-hardcore. The band is currently active.
