Venue Policies

The Family Arena has a CLEAR BAG POLICY. Clear bags must be 12in x 8in x 12in or smaller. Non-clear bags 10in x 8in x 10in or smaller are also permitted. Exceptions are made for diaper or medical bags. Doors open 1 hour prior to event start time.

• Cash only upon arrival or pre-pay on Ticketmaster.
• Everyone 2 and up MUST have a ticket.
• Kids 1 year and under are free on an adult's lap.
