Trivium, from Orlando, Florida, emerged in the early 21st century blending metalcore, thrash, and prog metal. Known for relentless touring, their breakthrough came with "Ascendancy" in 2005. "Shogun" (2008) highlighted narrative storytelling, while "The Sin and the Sentence" (2017) was acclaimed. Collaborations include producer David Draiman on "Vengeance Falls" (2013). Notable albums: "What the Dead Men Say" (2020), "In the Court of the Dragon" (2021). Frequent lineup changes, but core members include Matt Heafy and Paolo Gregoletto.
