Erik de Jong, from Spijkenisse, is the creative force behind Spinvis, debuting in 2002 with lo-fi singer/songwriter music. Known for hits like "Ik Wil Alleen Maar Zwemmen," he won the Annie M.G. Schmidt Award in 2004 and the Popprijs in 2007. Collaborated with Simon Vinkenoog, he has toured extensively and written for various media, making significant contributions to Dutch pop music.
