Enka/folk singer from Morioka, Iwate Prefecture. Son of folk singer Gangetsu Fukuda. Debuted in 2012 with "Nambu Semishigure," topping the enka charts. Won Best Singing Award at the 2020 Japan Record Awards. Appeared in 2013's NHK Kōhaku Uta Gassen.
