Grammy-winning flutist/saxophonist Jorge Pardo, born in Madrid, revolutionized flamenco by incorporating new instruments. Known for his work with Paco de Lucía and collaborations with Camarón de la Isla, Chick Corea, and others, Pardo earned the "Best European Jazz Musician" award in 2012. His 2023 release “Trance Sketches” won “Best Jazz Album” in Spain.
