Dan Navarro, born in Los Angeles, gained fame with Eric Lowen in the nu-folk duo Lowen & Navarro, known for harmonies and acoustic style. Co-wrote Pat Benatar's hit "We Belong." Collaborated with the Bangles, Dionne Warwick, and appeared on TV/movie soundtracks. Solo artist with notable backup vocals for artists like Luis Miguel and Julio Iglesias. Co-founded Red Hen Records. Released solo live album Live at McCabe's. Contributed to ALS fundraisers following Lowen's diagnosis.
